Why Cravendale?
What makes our milk so special?
At Cravendale, Milk Matters. That’s why we don’t just pasteurise our milk – we also finely filter it, making it purer for a fresher taste. And because we remove more of the bacteria that cause milk to sour, it lasts a lot longer too.
Cravendale’s tasty processed milk is ideal at all stages of life – it’s brilliant baby milk, strengthening milk teeth, but also great as a part of any everyday diet. Why, you can even whip up delicious smoothies made with milk for tasty, healthy, nutrient packed refreshment.
Don’t Ditch the Milk!
Milk is an essential part of a healthy diet
The bogus notion that milk is the fatty, unhealthy option is perpetuated by many faddy diet trends but the reality is that it’s a vital part of a balanced diet. That’s why Cravendale have hit back with the Don’t Ditch the Milk campaign to remind people just how healthy milk is. What’s more, leaving milk out of your diet can actually be bad for your health, increasing the risk of the bone disease osteoporosis and heart disease in men, not to mention the implications for dental health.
With Don’t Ditch the Milk, Cravendale hopes to keep consumers informed about the benefits of milk and help them fit it into their regular diet with a collection of fantastic healthy recipes, as well as dieting and training advice.
Milk Rage
That feeling of horror when there’s no milk
We’ve all experienced that feeling – you’ve just brewed a lovely, relaxing cup of tea or poured out a bowl of your favourite cereal and disaster strikes – someone’s drunk all the milk. Our survey uncovered that 51% of the country has suffered from this welling up of frustration – milk rage.
The survey even revealed that milk is sometimes more important than sex. That’s right 51% say that Sunday morning would be ruined without milk, compared to just 34% of us who prefer some Sunday loving! Milk matters.
