The Website is for the promotion of our products. By using the Website, you signify your acceptance of the Terms in consideration of which Arla Foods Ltd. provides you with access. Arla Foods Ltd. may occasionally modify the Terms. Accordingly, please continue to review the Terms whenever accessing or using the Website. If at any time you do not wish to accept the Terms, you may not use the Website. Arla Foods Ltd. may occasionally run competitions and promotions via the Website. Separate terms and conditions will be posted where applicable governing such competitions and promotions.

TERMINATION
Either you or Arla Foods Ltd. may terminate these terms with or without cause at any time. If Arla Foods Ltd. terminates these terms, Arla Foods Ltd. will email you at the address you provide on registration, and you will be deemed to have received it within one hour of transmission. Termination will be effective at that time. You will be responsible for notifying us of any changes to your email address. On termination you shall destroy all Content, and copies thereof, obtained from the website.

Delivery is limited to the following postal code areas:

The delivery of Cravendale milk is subject to availability at the time of your phone call
Please check with bill payer before calling the Cravendale Milk Express hotline
Milk delivery is limited to one 2 litre carton per household per day. Subsequent orders at the same address on the same day are not permitted
No purchase necessary and there is no charge for the milk or its delivery ordered through the Cravendale Milk Express hotline
Whilst endeavouring to deliver as quickly as possible, Cravendale cannot guarantee specific delivery times
In the event that no one is at home to receive the milk delivery, Milk Express will leave the property without delivering the milk.
The milk provided by this service must not be resold by the receiver

FUTURE MILK - CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The competition is open to anyone from any country aged 16 years or over at the date of judging, except officers and employees and their families of Arla Foods Ltd, their agents and anyone professionally connected with the organisation of this competition.
By participating in the competition all entrants are deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these Conditions of Entry and the Terms & Conditions and Privacy terms set out on the www.milkmatters.co.uk website.
One entry and one prize per person. No purchase necessary.
The competition starts on Wednesday 21 May 2008 at 00.01 United Kingdom time and closes on Friday 20 June 2008 at 23.59 United Kingdom time. All entries whether electronic or by post must be received by the closing date.
To enter, complete and upload the online entry form at www.milkmatters.co.uk/futuremilk with your design; or post to the address for Future Milk given on that webpage to arrive by the closing date.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries corrupted, damaged, delayed, lost or not received for any reason. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant that acts in breach of these Conditions or who tampers in any way with any entry.
All entries become and shall remain the property of the Promoter. Postal entries shall not be returned to the entrant unless accompanied by an SAE carrying sufficient postage to cover the costs of return. The Promoter cannot however guarantee that all or any such postal entries will be so returned and shall not be liable for any nonreturned entries.
As conditions of entry to this competition you warrant and represent that: (i) you own all rights in your entry; (ii) your entry is original to you and has been legally obtained and created; (iii) your entry does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; (iv) your entry has not been entered in or won previous competitions or won any previous awards.
As a condition of entry to this competition you irrevocably grant to the Promoter, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies and to any agency nominated by the Promoter a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt and publicly display your entry throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation and without additional review, compensation or approval from you or any other party.
